Prenatal Birth and Postpartum Preparation
Includes 3 Virtual meetings
We will use our time together to prepare you and your labor support person mentally, emotionally and physically for labor. We will also go over breathing techniques, birthing positions, and help prepare your birth partner/team so they feel confident to provide labor support! I’ll assist you in creating birth intentions and a birth preference list to review with your provider. We will also cover topics such as preparing for breastfeeding/chestfeeding/bottle feeding and your postpartum.
Note, this is a consulting service. I will NOT attend the birth.
